Online Betting is far from "completely legal" (like you claimed earlier) in germany. Theres only one part of germany where it's even possible to get a license to operate a gambling business. And even there, so far only 13 companies (including popular ones like tipico) got one. I doubt you have any chance of getting such a license in germany.

Ugh I wasn't gonna post and I know I should probably just let this thread die but OP's comment about CP and trafficking being legal on this website really pissed me off. I assume OP's poor translation was meant to infer that we condone or would sanction someone who would do something like that, as if we have a section on the forum dedicated to trafficking and stealing peoples credit cards.

OP, I truly hope you ignore the advice of the majority of people on this thread and pursue this venture with everything you've got. As per Our country’s Law You can’t fly Kites in Air unless or until you are not getting permission from Government authority where as Flying Kites is tradition in Our country and no one never asked any kind of license never any government ever interfere in such cases.

As per our Law gambling is illegal in 32 territories where as its legal in 4 territories. Both online as well as Offline gambling are done by both government as well as private business owner. In 32 Parts gain there is 2 Law, if it’s Skill gambling then it’s Legal but if it’s unskilled then it’s illegal. If You got caught by Cop then no need to get worried court is the Higher authority to take legal action against you and If you can hire a knowledgeable Lawyer then no need to get worried because they can proof legal to illegal and illegal to legal. One more advantage is Corruption just pay a good amount money to 2-3 Organization (I am not mentioning their names here) you can run it as long as you can run it.

I changed my mind. I am not going to register my business in other country for me; my country is the best option to run such kind of business. Here everything is possible as long as you have enough money you can do any illegal works legally and if you don’t have money then you can’t run a legal business as well. Now I am focusing to customize the checkout page, I have to hire an expert web designer to redesign the checkout page rest thing are already done.

I changed my plan now I will not run behind any JV, If anyone is interested then he/she can pm my any time. I have gone through every comments and the fact which I realized is that Gambling is illegal In any part of world but you can make it legalize if you have proper plan (means good lawyer or attorney can solve this issue, Everything is possible as long as you can spend money). Currently I just hold my Gambling business thread for few days. My primary focus is to complete the checkout page of my website. I am getting lots of request from different agents as well as gamblers and I can’t continue the business using WhatsApp. It’s creating lots of trouble for me, at first I have to collect the number through WhatsApp then I have to request them for payment. Every day I can’t call everyone for payments and in this case some of the gamblers are delaying the payment.

If I will use a user-friendly checkout page to receive payments then it will be better. A person has to pay before gambling and if he will win then I will transfer the winning amount to their accounts within 5-10 minutes. Here neither the gambler Nor I have to call each other and request for payments.

If I could solve this issue then this business will run smoothly. I already posted a thread regarding customizing website hope I will get an expert very soon and I will start my business once again.

Let me search an expert web designer with good coding skill to develop a customized checkout page If I manage to found someone then everything will be solved.
