Someone from US/Canada - My Method, My Website, My Traffic

I am searching someone from USA or Canada to do JV with me in my website. Currently I am running a gambling website where I am making a decent profit but I want to scale up. I am searching a Person either from USA or Canada who can ready to take my business to next level. Next level means legalizing online gambling which is possible only in USA or in Canada.

If anyone from USA or Canada want to do JV with me then please PM me we will discuss regarding this project

Not got experience in gambling specifically but have experience with business structuring and licensing in the US, including legal filings.
 
Let me explain what exactly I am looking for

I already have a Word press website in Woocommerse theme in Gambling Business. I am not a professional web designer still I did whatever I can do. Everything is Ok with the website but the checkout page is creating problem for us. It should be more user friendly, It should be one page checkout so that in a Single Click and Limited entries he can do the checkout which will save his/her Valuable time but my current checkout page is very much complicated to understand. Due to these I shifted my customer to semi online process. They will send me the number through whatsapp and will Pay through cash else through Google Pay but this is very much un professional.

Sometimes the customer are delaying the payment as I don’t have any other choice and the second problem is which bookie paid how much amount, for which numbers, how he paid, and what is the remaining balance.

If I have a Professional checkout page then In a single click I can know everything what ever mentioned above. Every Day I am getting call from various Bookies as well as Players to Gamble through my website and how to play there. I am just telling the website under process till them you have to wait. I am not approaching them for WhatsApp process else it will increase my workload as well as create lots of confusion.

In India Gambling is Illegal but still gambling is going on and all these process are done through offline process means face to face business but due to Covid 19 Crisis and Lockdown they can’t gamble offline, they are searching their alternative way which is nothing but this Online process.

As Gambling is Illegal in India I can’t run an Online Gambling website in India using my Indian Bank accounts legally, yes I can do it illegally means through fake bank accounts but I don’t want to do that and how many fake account I can manage?

I Googled and Found Gambling in US and Canada is completely legal and anyone can run online gambling as well and they can use their bank accounts

The Person who will do JV with me have to do the formalities like get permission from local authority, Get a Business name (we already have our Business name which is nothing but the website name),Open a New bank account on Business name. If you have any existing business then also you can merge it.

If the JV person knows web designing then it will be bonus for us as we don’t require hiring any other web designer to customize our checkout page.

He should be a Trustable person because this is a Long term business and it is really a money making machine business.



If You have any other doubt then let me know and if you are ready with above said details then please ping me because I have to start the Online website on 1st August and we don’t have enough time

This is not going to end well as gambling is not 100% legal in the USA and CA.

Anyone that does this is NUTS with a capital N.

That is what I menioned. Its posible we have to give effort. If we are planning for a long term business where there is chance that we will income millions of dollars the we should findout solution

Instead of finding solution if we will quit then we will be the looser

You are chasing something that is not there to chase.

I would venture you don't have deep enough pockets (well over 100K USD) to jump though some of the hoops required.

Online gambling in the USA with bookies (who are unregulated) as you stated above is going to get someone in real trouble.

Quitting this idea does not make you a loser, it makes you rational.

First thing don’t expect anyone from North or South American to use your website to Gamble (In US there are various famous gambling stuff like casino, Poker etc so they are not going to use your website, If they will use then it will be bonus) My Primary customer are from South Asian Nations which include 7 Countries with a population more than 2.3 Billions which is almost one third of world population.

Don’t get confused with the Term "Bookie" Bookie is nothing but an Agent or a Middle man, He will charge 10% as his commission and he will bring more than 20 Customers. Currently I have 2 Bookies under me where as 4 more bookies are ready to use my website I just put them in Hold.

6 Bookies means its more than 120 Customers ready to play.

As you are dealing outside USA then where is the problem? As per US Guidelines you can run such kind of business online.

You got my free advice; ignore it or take it.

Your research into this is quite limited if you think the USA or CA is the place to jump off with this but chase the ghost if you want.

I'd advise any BHW members to stand down when it comes to participating in something that is replete with legal issues such as this is.

You can make money through Porn site its Legal, You can make money by hacking other's account, You can make money by using Fake female account every thing is possible and most of the BHW members are doing this But If a person doing something different then its agints website's Rule.

I am damn sure I will suceed. Please go through this website gamblingsites.org if my webbsite is illegal then how these websites are doing their business Globally

Pay an attorney in the US to give you the real scoop.

The couple thousand dollars is well worth the education.
 
Five countries where online gambling is fully legal

United Kingdom. Gambling is legal in the UK and the authority in charge of monitoring the market is the UK GC
Japan.
Germany
Spain.
France.

Where is other countries it’s partially legal in India in 4 Sate Gambling is Legal where as in rest part its illegal. In US Los Vegas is the Capital of Gambling. I can provide lots of such example.

I am reading BHW’s thread from 2008 to till date. I learned so many things from this website but what I don’t like in this website is the critics. There are very few members they will encourage you to achieve your goal whereas most of the forum members will discourage or demotivate you.

Anyone who does not spend the money to talk with an attorney in the USA who specializes in this before venturing is making a mistake.

Actually a big one.

I'm actually encouraging you to spend the money and do proper diligence as well as anyone that would consider this venture.

I'm out as you clearly have no interest in hearing what could be perils in your idea but as a staff member I would suggest that anyone who is a member here do severe proper due diligence before entering into this JV.

I am not going to ignore your advise. This is nothing but a formal discussion in between you and me. I am learning something from you and at the same time am answering your questions so plese don't take it in a negative manner. I am not saying in all 50 States in America Gambling is 100% legal but yes there are few states where its legal and in some states its partially illegal. But there must be some way to run such business in some different categories as well.

After all whatever You will earn You have to pay Tax to your government and you have to explain how the business model is working. If You clearly mentioned that I will dedicately run Only Gambling business then it will really very tough to get permission from the governemnt.

You are right at your point. I am not ignoring you i am just reading whatever you are writting. There must be some way to run such business. I have many other ides as well which i learned from this forum but if I dont have idea in that business or I dont hve staff or if i dont have enough money then how can I run such business.

Let me try how to sortout these issue. As I said In UK, Japan, Germany, Spain and France its 100% legal, If I will get licence from those countries then also I can run this business.

Please advise wht will be the best sollution and how I could run this business

Actually the Title of my thread is wrong it should be like this "A JV require either from UK, Japan, Germany, Spain,France, USA Or Canada" but I dont know how to edit the Title of this thread else I will do that. Because if I will search a JV from 2 Countries then there is a chance I will get less application but if I will consider 7 countries then I will get lots of JV applications from various members.

Basically he just does not get that gambling is illegal everywhere UNLESS you have a license!

He thinks he can operate illegally and then when he has enough cash pay to go legal.

Unless he is a criminal mastermind and is looking for a patsy :)
