Neteller/Skrill exchange for Paypal

Does anyone knows or have used an exchange service like this? I can´t make payments with PayPal but i do have Neteller/skrill and i am currently looking for an exchange service where i send either Neteller or skrill and i would receive Paypal.
Well, not me but the person that is offering a service i want to buy.

@Roger Marquez, i ran into some websites their fees was incredibly low, found some reviews & turned out they are scammers so be careful

i never used an exchange
but what i usually do is buy bitcoins from localbitcoins and sell it for paypal in paxful
or buy bitcoin with skrill from paxful and sell it for paypal in the same platform
i usually buy when the btc trend is going up, i remember one time i made +120$ profit doing those transactions
i endup with +4120$, while i only ordered 4k worth of btc
in reality i covered the localbitcoins fees + made the profit,
but i held the btc for like 24h, this may not go well for you if you can't read a chart.
use btc core wallet only if you gonna do this, as it has almost no fees
