You often have that annoying customer who wants to pay cheaper for CPC in search campaigns, no matter what.

A cheap CPC should only be the focus when you want clicks, without worrying about quality or final result (sales).

Anyway...

When I need to lower the CPC I do the following:

1 - I keep my keyword correspondence.

2 - I dramatically decrease my bid.

3 - Dramatically increase the ad region.

This way your campaign can participate in many more auctions and is more likely to get a cheaper CPC.

If it still doesn't work, double your kw and use the other keyword matches.

Just avoid broad match. This way you avoid a lot of garbage and you get a cheaper CPC for good searches.
