I am using them since last 10 years and their support is very good.
I still have accounts on different 10 hosting companies but for smaller sites- no hosting site beats hawkhost.

I don´t have any experience with either but, If both are equally good I prefer going with the cheaper option.

Hawkhost offers hosting at $35.88 for 1 year while Servikus costs $59.52 (If you buy hosting for just 1 year).
