Someone Help me with SEO Checklist

Hi all, I have started a business along with a new website and my website is not even indexed yet. I studied all about SEO and DM online but practically I don't have any experience. I don't know how to start with all SEO process so can someone list out the checklist or a weblink which helps me with SEO (on-page and off-page).

About business:

We are a service company we provide lights and we install them for residential and commercial spaces. so basically I have to do local SEO also.

Create a google my business page
Link to your website
Submit your website in google search console
Create quality, unique, user-engaging content. Publish frequently on your site. Create a social media business page, share those articles in all social media platform
Try to get few backlinks from niche relevant backlinks ( You may find it hard this )
Try to get a lot of positive google business page review

1. Make sure your site is responsive.
2. Check if it is working good in chrome, firefox, ie, edge, safari
3. Validate CSS, HTML, XML's with correct tools
4. Use correct doctype and charset
5. Make sure that your site has got SSL certificate in place
6. Set meta title, description, language, canonical, viewport, use schema.org if necessary
7. Add good URL's, descriptive ones
8. Create and configure robots.txt and sitemap
9. If you have internal search set it to noindex & nofollow
10. Add alt text for each image
11. Make sure to correctly use heading, don't use deeper headings then h4

Yes luckily I got a pair of eyes and can see. I have read many threads by which I got confused so that's the reason I posted as a new thread so that any newbie who is searching something like me can have detailed answers.

If you have budget to spend for backlinks you can buy. But don't choose any cheap spam link package

Now comes the SEO part. From your post I concluded that you’ve probably acquainted yourself with KW research and how to insert them into your content so that it doesn’t put anyone off. Put it into practice, or have your writer(s) do it in your stead.
Next, you will need to have your technical side taken care of. That means that your site will need to look and function equally well on all major browsers and cell phones. You get what you pay for, so make sure that your web designer(s) know their thing.
Find yourself a reliable backlink seller, preferably on BHW’s marketplace. Ask around before buying, use common sense, and you should be fine.
Finally, don’t stop putting out content. Times will be tough, especially early on, but you should keep in mind that those who’ve started strong in any business are usually outliers. Perseverance always wins out in the end.
