How to create multiple GMB listings all over the world without getting blacklisted by Google?

CALLING ALL EXPERTS IN GMB OPTIMIZATION!

I have a industrial distribution business and like to tinker with GMB.
The industry that i am is heavily funded and for medium/ big players the business is usually done in millions of dollars, however most companies GMB presence sucks so bad its emabrassing.

So like any BHW member, I took this opportunity, built a GMB page, Optimized it a shit ton and although I am ridiculously small in the physical market, I get 3-4 CALLS A DAY because of how I have positioned myself online on google.

Now,
I want to expand my presence internationally through GMB. I have spoken to a few friends and they are willing to share their address and be the point of contact for any inquiries that come to their way for a share of profits.

The question is-
- HOW to make multiple GMB's INTERNATIONALLY without Google blacklisting me and without harming my already running GMBs (i have 4 on one account for one city)
- HOW to do SEO for foreign languages (eg Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, etc)

If you haven't been bulk verified, there's a limit to the number of business listings you can create per Google Account in a given time period. This limit exists to help maintain the integrity of listings on Google. Additionally, you can own a maximum of 100 listings created prior.
