If you're newer to SEO this is something you'll absolutely make a return on. I'm a big fan of getting your keyword research right as it'll make everything else you do easier from there. The commonly touted methods of going by keyword difficulty metrics are a minefield and the methods in the guide are things you'll be able to do in any niche.
The guide focuses on the idea of reverse engineering low competition keywords and can be a goldmine to finding low hanging fruit. It's well laid out, easy to follow and there are plenty of diagrams so you've not getting lost in a pile of text.
