Starting an agency

So guys, I have been trying different methods of making money as a newbie which some worked out and earned me few box while some crashed... I have been making research on SMMA (social media marketing agency) and I've decided to devote my time on creating a successful one..
I will be sharing every step i take along the way here

Note: I haven't done this before would love it, if you also contribute to the journey!!!

First thing I believe I need to be clear on is the niche I'm focusing on, I believe being specific will be more profitable.. So I will take my time to do some market research and update you guys afterwards....

I have done the necessary research and decided to target the cosmetic surgeons and offer Facebook ads to get them leads ... I decided to use LinkedIn to target people in that field, but before that I needed some sort of social proof , so I took my time to setup my profile and get some connections (500+), I have 189 connections so far because I dont want to use any sort of automation to avoid being restricted by LinkedIn... For the time being I got a course on Facebook ads from udemy to expend my knowledge so I could deliver my best incase I got any clients interested... I'm using sales navigator to filter my search to reach out to potential clients "I have not much to invest, so I'm only using the one month free trial" with the assistance on Connect.IO to automate the process.... So far so good I have gotten responses but most are requesting for my previous works which I don't have, while some are saying the would pay me per leads I get, which I don't have the investment for that.... I might pull back a bit and try to figure another way out but atleast I didn't loose no matter what cause I was able to expand my knowledge on Facebook ads which I'm really happy about just that.... Meanwhile @Bread just suggested another way I could get clients here on BHW, which will cost me a little but I will try save up to try it out... I mean trial makes perfect right guys

What filtering are you using and what is your targeting process? Interested to get an idea.

Eheheh, yup, had these assholes who want you to work for commission as well... I told them they're not casino affiliate program, I won't work for them for commission with no base pay, lol.
