Best Fake Referrer Site

Hi everyone, while commenting on another thread I came across a pretty promising site: fakereferer.com
So I don't know if it's the best in the genre but you may be able to refer us to the best site, service or method (script) offering us a similar service.
This kind of thing can allow to validate a site and to use other non-validated sites to promote an offer.

Another thing, if the referrer is modified to be granted with the validated site, I imagine that the IP can also be a problem?

I found a solution, it is enough to create a page for example validatedomain.com/offer which makes a redirection towards the offer and to point out the fields not validated domains above.
So the problem of refererer and IP is solved.

There are free fake-the-referrer-scripts that you can find online like on githhub, i used it for my CPA campaigns in the past, as i found out Affiliate managers was stealing my traffic source for there own gain.

To send the links of non-validated sites on the page of the validated site, this page doing the redirection to the offer. Thus the referrer but also the IP of the validated site will be those which have been registered for the advertising management.
