After I have done my keyword research, create quality and relevant contact, index on Google, and build quality backlinks. How long will it take for my website/webpage to start ranking

It depends on the competition of the KW you chose and the age of your website.

If its older than 1 year, content can get indexed pretty quickly and will then start dancing in the SERPs before settling down.

With my site, anytime I finish an article and submit to GSC, I can usually track it the next day or two. It typically will fluctuate for awhile.

In that case, 6 months might be too long.

You'll probably rank faster with a high DA domain, I just assumed that you were building out a site on a brand-new domain.

Do you familiar with the keyword golden ratio? If you target KGR keywords, then it will be fast. But if not, you should be patient.

If the site has high DA it is certainly a good start, but it is not a definitive sign of strength, I have seen sites with very high authority not rank for anything and that's usually because their profile is not that strong despite their high DA, for example, they do not have a high TF, have low DR, low RD count etc. Hey I am not trying to discourage you by the way, just making sure that you have all the variables on your radar so you can set realistic expectations and take the necessary action to meet them.
