How will the promotion work? I will send you a screenshot of the analytics of a group that is available for promotion at the time of your request, similar to the ones shown above, and if you are happy with them, you send me the payment. After receiving the payment I will send you the URL of the group, you will request access to the group and I will send you an admin invite. You will then will be able to change anything you want in the group, run any tests you want, and promote your product or service for 1 whole month.
What can I promote in the groups? Anything you want as long as you don't break Facebook TOS (no guns, porn, pets for sale, fake news, racist stuff), but you should consider that the members are real people so if you want them to fill out a survey or buy viagra, the conversions will probably not be so good. If you provide real value to them in some way, try to build a community, earn their trust, interact with them and THEN promote something they actually have a use for, the conversions will be much better.
That being said, unlike Reddit users which can smell spam and self-promotion a mile away, Facebook users are usually not so bright, so you can get away with many things you wouldn't be able to on other platforms.
Are the members real? Yes 100% of them are real people and I can send screenshots of demographics for the chosen group if you ask nicely
Where are they from? 99% of them are from the US.
What are the niches of the groups? It will depend on which one is available at the time you contact me, but they can be niche such as books, travel, employment, politics, tv shows, marketplace, etc.
Can I use this for lead gen? Of course, you can build your mailing list or you can get leads for your SEO, digital marketing, web design or any business, as many of the members are small business owners themselves and need those services. You can also get their emails by making them type them as a requirement to join the group.
Can I give you my link and you post it for me on some groups? No, I won't use my own accounts for anything but sending you an admin invite, nor will I coach you, train you, teach you, etc. I may only occasionally send you some pics and videos of my dog playing with a coconut on the beach in Ecuador if you request them.
Payment methods? PayPal only, because there's no way I could ever keep track of all the groups and who's advertising in which and track them down one by one and ask them to pay again every month, the only way I can make this work is by setting up a monthly recurrent subscription on Paypal. When you don't want to advertise anymore, you just cancel the subscription and I remove your admin privileges. If you want to pay using other methods such as crypto, credit card, debit card, Payoneer, I will have to charge for 6 months upfront.

Do you also have Reddit boards? Yes, in case there are no available Facebook groups, I also own several Subreddits where you could promote your product or service but 90% of the time there will be Facebook groups available.
