1- can you do it for more than one domain and KWs
2- if this done for one domain (10 links) do they increase the referring domains in Ahrefs by 10 or count as one?
3- are these comments or article links?

Hi. It's been a month since I bought links to my projects from you. I was told that they would give me access to MOZ to monitor these links, but nothing has been provided.
A month later, out of 30 links that we bought from you and distributed among 6 projects. GSC recorded only 3 links to 1 project. How long does it take for GSC(https://search.google.com/), Ahrefs, MOZ to record them so that we can track them?

To check a links index status, just paste the whole link into google and 'google search' it like this

This confirms Google has crawled it and indexed it and you should be assuming rank improvements from that point. If it does not show up in GSC, it might take a few days because they have to update that a few days each for ALL of its users. Its backlink crawl bot is running 24/7. It just has to find links.

How to find out a link is NOT indexed
When google searching the entire exact url, (no double quotes needed)
and you get this message, then it has not been indexed.
