The mentioned Transferwise can work. You will need their virtual US bank account, you need to select the ACH payment method on Crakrevenue and give them the details of your virtual bank account. From Transferwise you can get the money different ways, either by using their debit card or by withdrawing to your domestic bank account. Transferwise cards are available only for EEA countries, the US and a few other countries (Morocco is not one of those), so you are left with the "transfer to bank account" option.

Wire obviously works too, although it usually has a $50 fee or something like that and it can take a week or so.

I wouldn't recommend Paxum, people from your country seem to have issues getting their money out from there: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/paxum-withdraw-rejected.1083614/. Their approval process is tedious and slow too. Not exactly a company i would trust my money with.

Cheque is another option, but it's slow and you need to find a bank to cash it, if this option is available in Morocco at all.

Crakrevenue doesn't have a Payoneer payout option according to that article i posted above. Are you referring to the Payoneer Global Payment Service in USD, which is a VBA? That should work to the same analogy of the Transferwise VBA, if Payoneer supports getting payments from Crakrevenue, which is a big if, because Crakrevenue is an adult company. If you can get the money to your Payoneer account, you should be able to use the Payoneer card, whereever debit Mastercards are accepted.

If you have a Payoneer account, then you can select ACH and add the virtual US bank account details provided by Payoneer.

They don't support Bitcoin as means if payment, I have tried talking with they account management, but his saying maybe in future time it will be added.

Unfortunately i don't really know, which payment methods work surely in Nigeria. If you read the FAQ, you can find out, that PayPal and ACH won't. So you're left with check, ePayService, Paxum or wire. I already wrote my opinion about most of these in the post you quoted. Paxum is around since a long-time, many people have trouble with it. Check is slow, you need a bank to cash it, fees may apply. Depending on the amount you earn, wire can be expensive or it's not an option, if you don't have a bank account. ePayService might not support Nigeria, you need to ask them.

Talk to your affiliate manager again and ask him/her, which payment methods are available for your country and choose the least worst.

i think you can choose a wire transfer to your bank but not to mastercard
