Paxum withdraw rejected

Hey guys i've been trying to withdraw my funds from my paxum to my visa card contacted them and they came back to me with "visa cards are not supported anymore" so i tried my mastercard and it didn't work since in my country u can only pay with mastercards anyways i tried eft but my country is not supported so i tried contacting a friend in france and seems like after 4 days they rejected it because im not the account holder so if anyone can help i don't know if there are any exchange sites for paxum to paypal or skrill or if i can like buy btc and sell it on kraken or smth then withdraw ? thank you .

PS:im from morocco

I was in Germany last week, took out almost €4k at ATMs there using Paxum card, absolutely no issue as far as i'm concerned

I'm guessing the OP doesn't have the card, hence he's trying other methods to get the money out.

To OP: alternatively you can send the funds to another Paxum account holder, who can get it to you using something else than Paxum. If you opt for this, make sure not to get scammed in the process.

I have tried for a long time to verify my account. Just recently my account got accepted, and then everything seems not to work. Try to wire transfer, they said not support, try to transfer money to external card, they said not supported, try to request for their card, they said the card not support. What the H*? If everything does not work in my country, why the hell they don't tell me since the beginning? Could anyone suggest ways I can withdraw my money? I felt regret with Paxum already.
 
I can't say about the whole situation there, but I can rest assure you that Paxum withdrawals to the 3rd party cards works like a charm for me anyway. So I do hope whole case will work out for you as well, it's just obvious to make it really better.

I personaly have been using Paxum for 13 years
I'm using their bank wire withdraws for 8-9 years
Never - i repeat NEVER - had any issue.
The money is on my account usually in ONE business day, it's actually pretty freaking fast


I see so many threads of guys complaining about Paxum.
Usually these guys are doing something wrong.
In this case, using a "friend" in another country... I mean come on, Paxum is regulated like a bank, do you think you can say to your bank "hey so a friend is going to get some money for me on his account, is that ok ?"
no, it's not ok ;)
no offense but i mean come on.

Paxum has always been working like a charm for me.
And if it does not for you, then it's because you are doing something wrong. Period.
 
hey guys sorry for the confusion but my problem got solved like 2 weeks after this post it's just that paxum did not support withdrawal using visa/master cards from my country in that period but it got solved .

appreciate all your help thank you so much

Paxum is difficult. I tried to order paxum debit card (in USD) but I never got it.

i have a friend from france she let me use her card and i did withdraw it to her bank account in france and she gave me cash in morocco

I registered paxum , but it cant receive payment, because my account is individual. is that problem? Must I upgrade my individual account to company can recevice $ ?

It does not matter if your account is individual or business, you CAN receive payments
I have an individual account for many years, I always receive payments without any issue.
Probably your account has not been approved yet
You should ask Paxum support rather than here....
Paxum support is ok, they reply pretty fast and they are always helpful.

Go to Paxum support instead of trying to find support here !!!:confused::confused::confused:
