If you create a brand new profile and have 1 or 2 paragraph answers with links, then yes, they will remove your posts. It would help if you were active first, spend some time answering people's queries and make sure that you do not place a link that looks promotional. It will surely stick. If you are unable to find questions related to your post, you should probably create another account and ask the question.

No i have many quora profiles I have more than 100k views on them seperately but whenever I try to post something related to website they just delete it.

You share those videos in every group and board you know or see.
