What can I do to grow traffic because I am really confused everyone on the internet is just selling something in the name of advice that's why I am asking for help.

Make a video in YouTube that goes like "How to download music for free in 2020!" and promote your SoundCloud service.
Do the same for each of the services that you offer on your website and hope that people will watch it. Most likely, you'll at least get a few visitors.
Also try to answer quora's questions about related topics. Do a short introduction like: "Hey! I used to have the same problem, and after searching for hours and hours for a service that lets me download music for free, I finally found one that works, it's this one xxxxxx" and you put your link.
There's a post on the forum that teaches you how to work with quora, so I'd recommend you to check it out.

Maybe you can buy some ads for starting your growth (which u probably heard before). If consumer seems value it your site will grow. Or u can promote it on youtube and find other cost free way to promote your service. Try to find the best promotion technique for better result.

Write how-to style articles Targeting those long tail keywords, rank the articles, send the traffic to your tools.

you can use google keyword planner and check the serps manually for competition levels.

but you can also get a 7 day trial of ahrefs for like $7 and that’s plenty of time for you to gather all the research that you need.

You could also be active in forums about internet marketing, especially social media marketing, and put a banner in your signature space that links to your tool. Most people grow Instagram theme pages and they download videos that went viral to repost them, so that could be a good place to promote your stuff. You could make Youtube videos teaching how to find viral content for Instagram, and explain how you find viral content and download it using yout tool.
