IM looking for a simple, and free, bot that can automate a specific message and post that same message within a set interval repeatedly. I like the controller bot but it requires manual actions to schedule returning messages. Anybody has a suggestion?

Thanks captain obvious, there are literally 100s of bots that have similar functionality so Im wondering if there is an existing solution before I start coding myself but thanks for your assistance
