maxbounty tipalti payment problem

Hello fellow BHW's members,

Hope you're doing great. So recently, I changed my payment method to Tipalti/Paypal. Maxbounty sent me an email stating "Payment has been sent via Paypal, it can take up to 5 days before", but I've yet to receive the fund or confirmation email from Paypal. Anyone encountered this issues before, is this totally normal or there's errors? Because, when filling the Tipalti's form I entered my own name on the "ADDRESS SECTION" and my family member's name and paypal email address on "PAYMENT METHOD SECTION" Kindly enlighten me on the matter, Thanks & God bless!!

its been 25days my paypal details and everything are correct still i didnt received my payment my am telling me payment has been sent already

Edit: nevermind... He replies to that thread. Contact tipalti to resolve this or use payoneer.

Is this your first payment or 2nd? It can take up to 45 days to get your first payment if not even longer.

If that's true then it's their fault because ogads use tilpati and i receive payments without any issue.
