So I text my Bangladeshi Muslim Uncle and asked him if he thought I was racist too. He just put lmfao in the reply.

Thanks it was fun, I enjoyed spending hours on here chatting and made some good friends.

I'll continue to admin my BST until it runs out.

The fact that your comment was deleted for being racist doesn't mean anyone's accusing you of being a racist. It just mean the comment might unintentionally have racist undertones and would be better off being deleted.
If you truly meant nothing by it, just let it go. And move on. These are delicate times and we have to be careful what messages we send. Intentionally or unintentionally.

Staff get dozens and dozens of reports each day and if the post/thread is deemed to break rules, it will get removed.

Doesn't matter what colour, race, creed or religion you are, the rules apply to everyone.

Sometimes we need to take things lightly. It's not good to be serious in such small things. I had my so many comments and even threads deleted just because they thought it was inappropriate while i thought it was good. Everyone sees things differently and since the person who deleted your comment has more power than you in this forum, nothing can be done.

Chill dude. I think you know you're not racist and judging by demeanour, I don't think so either
but you can't please everyone - there'll be hundreds, if not thousands of people that will have read your comment and a few of them will inevitably be snowflakes.
If one snowflake found it offensive, there maybe dozens more snowflakes who would look at it the wrong way, regardless of how innocent your intention was. That's just how some people. They might have their reasons.
I think the forum just does what they feel will reflect best on the sites ethos like any decent site with a sense of social responsibility absolutely should. I doubt there's any need to take it this personally

As someone who has a relationship with you and knows you I'm asking you to reconsider.

The staff member did indeed remove the post as some might be offended by it and we do that now and then to keep the peace and the staff member that did that is not close to being heavy handed but rather one who is gentle in his actions.

No warning as it was not to that point but rather a "keep the peace" move.

I actually do a fair amount of them myself to keep the peace as people get offended as we are all in different walks of life.

Should you stay the course and move on I'd be saddened by that as I know you are a good dude and I know the staff member that handled that post is also a good dude.

Minor situation in my opinion and I see 100 situations a day here that are addressed by staff.

BTW, "keeping the peace" is actually one of my notations when I remove a post and is in my cache so all I have to do is type "k" and it pops up.
