Also, I've used your services a while back. I have a few questions.

1. Do you have an option to make residential proxies exclusive so no other users have the same proxy using a specific website?
2. I see there are 10 minute sessions with residential proxies. In the middle of a switch (rotating to next proxy), will the website we use know our actual ip during this switch?
3. Do the residential proxies use tier 1 isp's like verizon, comcast, etc?
4. Not a question but you guys should add option to change user agent in your chrome extension.

I ordered a package. Usually, the proxies seem to work as intended. However, sometimes even the sticky ones expire very quickly. I have seen 5 or more IP changes within a couple of minutes. A couple of times, I have intended to use, for example, a German IP address, but the address has been recognized as coming from London. So, I'm a bit suspicious on how often the IP-to-location data is updated.

Hey, so basically IP stays the same UP to 10 minutes, which means could be less as well - 1 or 3 minutes, id depends. If it happens really often, let me know, I will forward this to our tech team to check it out and refresh the IP pool if needed.

Hi, you can choose any country you want as with any subscription you get access to the whole IP pool (10M ips).
