I am sure they will get away with it, I am sure something is hidden in their TOS.
They reportedly made $160 Billion profit last year so just 12 days profits if they lose/have to pay that much.
They would rather spend 10 billion on law firms tying up the lawsuit until the compliments run out of money and patience than give them 1 penny in compensation.
You know they have spend million formulating a strategy just for this type of situation. Now they will just unleash it. They are more powerful than the government, with one exception.
Trump has the power to break them up using the monopolies commission. And I think he will very soon.
