Not quite sure if this is the correct place to leave a review, anyway here it is.

So I needed an adsense account to test AdManager and it's API.
To use AdManager, Google requires an AdSense account, which I didn't have.

After some google searches, the fastest way to get an AdSense account would be to buy one.

So I landed here and posted a message for an account.
Received within < 1 day a PM.

After I completed the paypal transaction, I got an Google account which worked with AdSense.
However, this account was somehow not approved for AdManager.

Thus I contacted the seller, who without any form of addtional payment provided an other account that did work with AdManager.

Very pleased with the seller.
