LOL, same here. And dates of articles are not updating. And... I saw shitty websites with spun content and no links (or spammy PBN links), that got 2 or 3 results on first page. On main keyword. W T F
I checked the website that I have created a long time ago but I left it empty, only products on standard theme, no links, nothing. Guess what. It's going up, when the competition with such a great link profile is saying 'bye bye' to the top.

Well go on, buy books from Google, how else are you going to fix the CLS issue?

As a side note, I noticed that if I update older articles, Google does put them higher in the SERP which is great, but the traffic is still seriously low and the keywords continue to fall (I should be gone from the top three place in about a month for all articles). I am currently on the process of changing the schema on the affected website by copying what a competitor did (who was not affected by this update) and hopefully, at least the keyword bleeding will stop.

I don't know how or why Google refers me to a German version of a site when searching? I am not from Germany, I have not been to Germany, not used Germany in VPNs, etc.
And this site has a bigger US/English version than German. It seems very weird. And just another example of Google messing it up?

I am aware that there may not be a correlation between the traffic drop and Schema.org, but I am not going to wait for Google to hopefully remember my website, I will try everything I can to find a fix.

I'm so confused how everyone's having indexing issues. I've had none. Takes a few days for each one to get indexed, but all my posts are, eventually. I set my sitemap to check my site everyday and it doesn't seem to quite do that, but it isn't far off.

So what's going on with you guys' sites? Not getting ANY pages indexed AT ALL?

submitted sitemap, checked robots.txt, even manually indexed in GSC each URL

My new content is indexing but not ranking, dancing like crazy from the 3d page to below the 10th page. Is that normal?

I'm also seeing strange results like this. As an example a site that sells insurance plans to US residents and has always gotten US search results is now ranking high for UK insurance plans. The top traffic results are now showing for UK related search terms as of when this update kicked off in early May. Weird.

I have read all messages here and I'm in the same boat..
For the first weeks of the update I saw only decrease in long tail keywords and no movement on main keywords. Now I'm seeing some weird results on main keywords and a ton of dances.
I don't understand how google is working but I have some sites that got only a "little hit". All of those are adding content on them on auto and a lot of backlinks I made kinda BH.
Other sites that I tried to create links a little more "natural" are all dying day by day.

One thing I tried on one site, made the site load faster and to be green on google speed insights. (Here I see an increase after some days, still don't know if is this the reason but...)

(on 99 because I have some js for ads etc)
I still think that going max BH (with those google updates) is the way I need to follow.

Now searched a keyword and from 20 pages (that I stopped) I saw 3 different sites (position 4 8 9) and all the other results are from 1 site? wtf is this?

Why do google force webmasters to have a certain score on their bs metrics that doesn't mean shit.
I see big authority sites not bothering with anything about speed. Big news sites have tons of ads and even multiple video ads. They get super low scores on new metrics like FCP, LCP, FID, speed index etc.
Even youtube scores are poor but still ranks high. Over the last 30 days, all pages served from youtube do not pass the Core Web Vitals assessment.

Honestly I'll just ignore what google says about what to do with my site.

It loads fast enough, have great scores on other speed tests, loads on mobile fast and have no errors.
Don't even bother passing on those google invented metrics. Just make sure your site doesn't have major errors and loads fast enough both desktop and mobile.
