I bought some SEO packages on the marketplace here around 2 years ago. What does this graphic means? Does it mean that my website lost all his backlinks from the service I bought here? Or could it be something else?

Well, you buy them and hope for the best, nothing lasts forever . Websites go out of business all the time, look at a site that's selling expired domains, hundreds of new listing every day...

I forgot to add. If the lost links don't affect your ranking I wouldn't worry about that. If they do, you need to buy new ones.
If you have links to those links visit them and see the websites are alive.
