Journey: $100/day Speeding Websites

Of course :) What do you have in mind?

I'm a web developer, design, and SEO promotion and I also run ads on Facebook to my client.
I see u have the ambition to work on this way like web... etc and I wish to create a team with u :)

Absolutely bro :) add my on Skype!

UPDATES

- Updated a few landers/forms
- Made a few price improvements to make me more competitive

Fixed up my Google Ads, so far I've spent around $300-400 on AdWords in total over the past 10 days. This was for link building and website speed ups.

The Free WordPress Speed guide has been a great way of getting users onto the website. I'll be cleaning out the email list later.

Also sold some link building packages which was huge and unexpected, which covered some of my costs.

So far in total I've spent around $700 and made around $200 profit so far.

I am adding a Research service, where I'll sell keyword and backlink reports and research for $1-2 to get some more signups.

Progress after 10 days: around $34.596/day

I'm looking for good contextual links/niche edits or blog posts on actual real websites with traffic, any recommendations?

You kind of force people to create an account to check the price, I would go away directly.
Even more, you maybe need a sales page/landing page to explain better why they should use your service (some people don't know their website is slow, or don't know how important it is)
Like, I click on an ad : "Improve your page speed because it's important !"
"Hmmm, let's see, alright. Not convinced, let's see what they have to say"
"Hmm, I don't get why I need this service, plus there is a bunch of other services I don't understand"

And if you are in the US, you would understand more than anyone than 50$ for a service like this is considered cheap.
One time fee and you have a website faster than 90% of the competition ? Take my money !

That's some nice progress, good luck!

good luck bro

Thanks :) this thread has evolved so much over the past few weeks lol, from just speeding up sites, to a bunch of other SEO services, it's been a trip lol

2 new sales from Google tonight, the tweaked ads are working a bit better but still quite expensive.

congrats on the sales! how much is that profits?

The speed optimizations, I sold 4, 1x for $19.99 and x3 for $29.99, I did all of them myself in 1-2 hours but hired someone from Fiverr for $10 to fix something, so around $100 profit on that.

For the link building, I sold 2 packs for $299, cost me like 50% of that so far but since it was my friend I'm gonna hook him up with more backlinks and probably end up making $50-$100 profit.

So far though, AdWords spend is like $400, crazy because one night it decided to spend my whole monthly budget, about $50 on Instagram, and the other costs. I'm still down $500 on this project but we'll get there slowly ;)

What site are you using to find domains?

I used Spamzilla which is owned by someone in this forum, but it expired, now I'm thinking of using Domain Hunter Gatherer, which looks interesting but expensive.

all sales from adwords ?

Yes, I think so. I ran some ads on Instagram but didn't get much results.

AdWords currently running $10-20 on each ad per day.

I think there is a lot of distractions on your page. You are offering WordPress speed optimization service and clearly there is a demand for that. I would not buy your service if you are not using the WordPress platform, I would want to check the results of your website first before ordering a service from you.

Have you checked lately?

I've been using scrapebox's expired domain scraper addon and it's been working well for me.

GL op on your journey. Quick optimalization question for my own site:
Right now I have got:
- gzip compression
- smushed/optimized images
- deferred and async JS
- combined JS and CSS
- reddis cache
- cleaned db
- minify html
- overal caching & lazy loading

Am I missing anything? :)

Good luck on your journey! Some questions from me if you may...

so I can get my VA's to reach out to these people.

A srsly dumb question.. where do you find VAs and how much do you pay for a task? Is it per hour?

I also see that you're using SPP, quite expensive after looking up on it. Does it integrate with Fiverr and Freelancer? Or these revenues are solely coming from fastlaneseo.com?

By the way, I think you might have mistakenly changed something on your CSS. The navbar appears off from my end: https://prnt.sc/sqf9mz

Cheers!
