Journey: $100/day Speeding Websites

If you're still selling on Fiverr and paying for ads, please tell me your using a Fiverr affiliate link to your own gig? Could net you $15-$50 extra per sale.

I used to do this with a $20 service I had on Fiverr. Earned $45 per sale instead of $20 when I added the affiliate link.

Yeah, they even pay $50 if you send someone to Fiverr and they buy a $5 gig. Depending on the category.

Congrats on this....Would you mind sharing whether it's a simple Wordpress website or any other niche websites from your actual portfolio you've maintained?

Good question. This was a script purchased and built upon a few months ago, however I've added custom features and used it to test some SEO tactics and link building and it actually ranked pretty good. To be even more clearer, I listed this on Flippa around the same time I started this thread, and after speaking to the buyer, we both mutually decided to make the sale outside of Flippa to avoid fees, and in return I gave him a fair discount.

The script and editing cost me a few hundred, link building cost me a few hundred, and the time and creative resources directed to this project were worth something to the buyer. The website is ranked and is earning from adsense too, so I feel like the person who purchased this got a good deal, and again, fair game for my SEO journey,

Kaspersky isn´t liking your conversion page :D (https://clients.fastlaneseo.com/)

Your regular site is working.

Good luck with your journey. Looks promising.

For me, your homepage is way too overwhelming. I recently read a study about eCommerce. I´m not sure about the exact details but the results where the following:
People rather bought a product if there were only 3 colors to choose from rather than a product with 8 color variations. Just keep it simple and focus on the most important parts.

That's not the first time I've heard this issue with security, I'm going to try to fix this right away.

I'm working on the home page and navigation situation still.

So you mean, make 2 accounts - 1 gig account where you list all your gigs. And another affiliate account.
Then you run ads on Fiverr?? and use 2nd account's affliate links to get affiliate traffic to your gigs on Fiverr?
Is this how to do this?

I didn't run ads, I got traffic from SEO - But yes, same thing. One Fiverr seller account for gigs, and one Fiverr affiliate account to get a comission for every sale you bring (to yourself :p).

If you get traffic to your Fiverr gig from outside sources, then add an affiliate link to your gig and you'll make more.

Updates:

- Fixed the security error users were facing when moving to the client portal/form pages
- Increased price from $29.99-$49.99 to $49.99-$99.99 for speed optimization
- Now we're doing much more than just the simple stuff we claimed before
- Hired someone who can speed up websites consistently, I had tested 3-4 different VA's, all of which were good, but I believe my latest person is really professional with this and can achieve much better scores consistently.

Google AdWords pretty consistent too, spending about $20-30 a day and getting 3-5 signups, some inquiries, and usually an order.

About to start running some ads on FB/IG too.

I know it looks like I only did 1 more speed optimization since last week but I refunded a few old orders

Also set up some email automation which still needs work, and still need to build landing pages for the new services I've added.

I added some bundles that work pretty good

Do the VA's work on hourly or /gig basis?

Per gig :) Once I get an order, I tag him and he gets to work. I will be paying my new guy a bit more than the last, because he goes ham on the websites, does the reporting, fixes bugs, and has overall had better and more consistent results over the past week.

I haven't made more sales this week, been working on my landers and other shit, will update my progress soon!

When you say "tag him" - what does that mean? You send him the order via skype/discord or similar?

Well that is a handy feature!
Can you pay him through spp backend as well?

Verbal is still solid in the is case - if he doesn't provide he loses you as a lead source if you don't pay, you lose him as a good supplier.
win-win!

Yes, always good to make connection in my opinion.

Anyway, not much changed this week, we've done 3-4 more speed ups, added some new services, still haven't reached my goal of $100 per day, we actually went a whole week not making any sales.
