Journey: $100/day Speeding Websites

Nice journey, but I think you should focus on improving your own site first, speed wise and design wise. It's for your own good, to practice and mastering this field as much as possible.

"thinkwithgoogle" Tested on mobile with 4G, and website loaded in 2.9, which considered "Slow".
I have "heavier" websites than yours with bunch of images, that load same speed on mobile, and I barely did any speed optimization on them.

If you fall on a person that will give hard time with statistics of a reputable tool that you cannot improve or fix shown issues, then this person would not be satisfied.
Speed optimization is not so easy, depends if the person is knowledge enough or not.

Saying this from personal experience to help you. I know for sure that if you catch a good client and make him satisfied, he would not only use your speed optimization, but he will get all your other services as well.

Hope to see you grow and wishing you luck in this interesting journey!

I haven't worked on the WordPress side of my website yet :) been focused on building my client portal, I haven't optimized it yet.

Nice journey, I’ve learnt a few things from looking through the pages, it has encouraged me to start my own service based business, I thought I’ll drop 2 less expensive alternatives for spp - and.co and hellobonsai

Your ad needs work, someone already mentioned it in page 4, you are not telling people why they should optimise their website load speed. Maybe, try this line “80 percent of users drop if your website takes longer than 2 seconds to load” Then add call to action

Good luck man :)

Thank you and I hope your journey goes well :) I've changed quite a few things from back then, I will update soon!

Currently I am landing people here for "all services" in the signatures I rented

I spent most of the day messing around with the forms in SPP, this is what my speed optimization form looks like after adding your recommendation

Don't worry about pricing, I'll be charging a lot more. Just set it ultra low to see if anyone will order.

Thank you @Nihilism and contributors! Your valuableeadivse and insights have put my mind spinning on my own business.

@Nihilism, this was already mentioned a few times, but when I visit your site, I feel overwhelmed with so many options. The description is all bunched up and the font size quite small, so that I am not really enticed to reading...

Where is this?

Nice bro! I read all topic and wish u luck, I will be interested to work with u like a partner if u don't mind :)

You kind of force people to create an account to check the price, I would go away directly.
Even more, you maybe need a sales page/landing page to explain better why they should use your service (some people don't know their website is slow, or don't know how important it is)
Like, I click on an ad : "Improve your page speed because it's important !"
"Hmmm, let's see, alright. Not convinced, let's see what they have to say"
"Hmm, I don't get why I need this service, plus there is a bunch of other services I don't understand"

And if you are in the US, you would understand more than anyone than 50$ for a service like this is considered cheap.
One time fee and you have a website faster than 90% of the competition ? Take my money !

Apologies for the confusion, I think you see the 'all services' pages. You don't have to log in to see prices, the guide is free and the speed up services are $19.99 and $29.99

This is not just true, but low prices might be scaring off customers. When I had my prices at $9.99, I got no sales, and then I raised them to $19.99 and $29.99 and got 2 sales.

I would love to have you on PM. We could work out some deal.

For this issue, i would suggest that you apply the utm tag on your signature links, give a campaign name and find the source on analytics.

Interesting journey. Looking forward to seeing more updates along the way. Good luck!

Hey, i have a question about this kind of service.
Is my website going to stay fast if I continue to manage it and add articles or something ? (Using Avada Theme)

Yes, as long as you don't add bulky plugins or downgrade your hosting or something, you should be fine!
