Google Mobile Hotspot

Hi guys, I was using a mobile hotspot to connect to my Google Adwords account, but unfortunately the account got banned.

For my new Google Adwords account should I use a new mobile hotspot or just using a new computer would suffice?

Not even a new computer. Just user multiple different portable browsers or sessions with a multisession browser like ram box.
Also every time I connect I have a bookmark to an IP checker service to confirm if it has switch from session to session. Generally or reset it switches, but every single time I do a quick check.

The thing is that the new adwords account will be used strictly for WH and I just want to keep everything proper and not get banned due to the previous ban. That said, can Google Adwords detect a mobile hotspot information?

If this is an android phone then there's practically nothing you can do. Google is tracking you 24x7.

No, just the IP and the telco provider, which shall be useless because it is massively used.
