Check this also, they are really really good EU hosting providers and now they are offering US servers too. https://contabo.com/?show=webhosting their site looks like someone made it in 2002, but their services are excellent.

I posted a few times on the threads already, they suck. It is not like
a) they are super cheap
b) super good hosting
When they dropped my lifetime coupon multiple times that was already a sign, but then they raised the price to $13 or so, and every time I had logged into cpanel before I always saw orange for the resources and it was generally slow..
TLDR
Move to another hosting, for their prices they offer nothing that you cannot find somewhere else.

Been with these for over 10 years - possibly 13.. I could understand it if I was asking for allot and willing to pay little. But price has increased gradually and performance as decreased at a faster rate..
To be fair, I would say some of the tech support has been ok and have helped me out on several occasions, when the issues where probably my fault.
What option do you suggest - 4 domains - 150 hits per day. 5 gig total . Need something fast. Not sure if there are better ways than shared hosting.

I've used them in the past for different things (hosting, VPS) over a number of years. Ended up cancelling every package on multiple accounts after I was forced to do a PP dispute even though it was THEIR mistake and slow responses that lead to a charging issue. Think I've done 2-3 PP disputes in what amounts to thousands of transactions over a decade.
Their tech team were fine from what I remember, but their customer service was a joke and they were not reasonable when dealing with the issue. Stopped all of my clients from using them, all for the sake of $80 or whatever it was for a charge that should have been refunded and eventually was when I got PP involved... they've now lost $1000's from me and probably $10,000's from clients I steer elsewhere.

They asked me to upgrade my hosting, and my site was getting like 10-50 visits daily

And to add to that, I remember a few months back wanting to try them out with the "BHW Exclusive Offer" I could not get them to apply it. After going back and fourth with customer support they even told me they that do not have any active promotions or discounts for BHW members. Glad I never ended up trying them out.

I advise you to always check Trustpilot website for hosting reviews before switching, since you only have 4 domains and few thousands of visitors per month a basic reseller package or a basic VPS will be more than enough. check tmdhosting, hostgator, a2hosting, hostinger or liquidweb those are big names in the hosting industry.

I'm happy that you found a solution that appears to work for you. I do wonder if you had tried any of our newer cloud servers which generally out preform vultr in head to head benchmarks. Our unmanaged cloud server pricing starts at $5 a month for 1CPU and 1Gb of RAM so our pricing is incredibly competitive.
I am still waiting to hear from you with either your email or a ticket number so that we can help you. The information you posted on my profile about DDOS attacks does not really make sense, as we only null router attacks over 2Gbps and only if the user in question has not paid for DDOS protection, which does not seem like the case in your instance.
I really want to help you, please help me by providing the information I asked for.

Please do. I just canceled my Hostwinds account because out of the blue all of my domains files were deleted. And cause I don't have their backup service I was SOL. So Fuck you hostwinds.
