Just imagine that what will happen if money will be vanished like people by Thanos snap?

The world will be with no banks, no cash, no wages, no debts, ... and nothing. That will be a world of fortune and a world of equality. From that day onward, this remains a fantasy forever.

We are child of god and everyone equally.
You are saying if there is no money everyone will be equal in status. No difference in status, ego, rich, poor, powerful, weak. If there is no money you cannot buy security guards. If there is no money nobody can buy pistol for protecting themselves. All will be equal.
It is just like everyone becomes an angel and no demons.

This case will be similar to heaven.
God sends us on earth to bear all the pain and sufferings on this present life.

You do realize "money" acts as a system of exchange right? Even if it disappears, it won't make any difference. People will still find out another way of exchanging things, be it gold, silver or bronze. Even if exchanging lands, people who have more influence may be seen as more powerful even if he/she does not possess any money.

Money isn't the only thing standing between equality & power.

Money = Power so if money will be gone lot of people's power as well. You can still have your power by exploiting weaker groups.

Yes, other kind of money. So money will not disappear completely. (I'm not talking about fiat, any type of money. Gold, silver, diamonds, bitcoin)

People are not the same
People pretences are not the same

Some people want simple live with some easy job to pay only the bills and have little fun, it's quiet and cool
While some others want to build fortunes and own things, travel the world and enjoy it until its end

Both are free to do and they must be allowed to
What you should refer is to keep things somehow balanced, unlike what we do see today
Too many people getting too rich while others getting hell poor (i forgot what's called in English)

In Islam, we have Zakat, a process to keep the balance in the society
And that what world should aim in fact, because while some people living in Disney land, there are hindered of millions starving!
