Hmm, what if I have a section for premium nulled WP speed related stuff, like WPRocket Pro and Smush, to increase signups

Wouldn't that decrease your credibility?

Concluding Saturday:

Soooooooooooo ye, another day concluded, quite a lot spent on ads and no sales made.

I have spent around $9.31 on Instagram, got around 1,500 impressions but only 27 clicks/interactions which lands them on this


The Instagram ad is getting me some followers and a few dm's, some clicks, but I think to get some results I should stop the ads until Monday since the weekends are generally shit for all of my businesses.

Same with AdWords, even though I have a daily limit of $10, it spent $37 today and got me a few dozen clicks.

From all of this, I have 5 new signups on the website today, 3 of which have downloaded the free e-book. I cannot tell whether these people are from BHW or from ads.

I will pause AdWords for the day too, Monday I'm going to run $20-30/day on Google and Instagram, unless I make some new realizations by then.

I will also optimize my landers on the SEO website.

Other than that, I made a lot of updates to the SPP website, changed the URL to make people feel like they are loging into the same website, by changing the link to "clients.fastlaneseo.com" - and forcing them to create accounts to download he free ebook.

I tested a few SPP layouts before deciding to have main product categores on the side like this


Each page has its own layout, some descriptions and product image, still working on that



Added new categories, link building and content writing



New services like Patreon and Reddit backlinks, will be adding a few more awesome services tomorrow.

Same with content, here I plan to offer a service where I research topics for your blog using Ahrefs content explorer maybe



This is a pretty solid service to have, and I'd be using a writer I've worked with for years to do this.

Finally, an On-Page SEO page with some really expensive looking services, however this is going to be touched on tomorrow


Finally, I plan to add a Google My Business / Local SEO section

Hopefully I can get this done early tomorrow so I can finish off the Speed Optimization guide too

I think there is a lot of distractions on your page. You are offering WordPress speed optimization service and clearly there is a demand for that. I would not buy your service if you are not using the WordPress platform, I would want to check the results of your website first before ordering a service from you.

Litespeed cache is basically only effective on servers using the Litespeed tech (as opposed to Apache or Nginx).

But WP Rocket is effective on any of these three server types.

That Instagram lander has a few other services yes, the ad I was running yesterday included other services like SMM, web development and so on (digital marketing)

There's another ad format I'm using this week that will only offer that specific service and land them on my WordPress page.

I don't plan to call clients unless it's local businesses at some point, all through email/ads, no more Fiverr.

Yeah, this ad did have quite a few options because I was offer SEO and SMM, I'm going to remove a handful of those options but yeah, yeah we are past just speed optimization, I'm offering more SEO related stuff now.

I do have this ad ready that will ONLY advertise site-speed issues

It's finally Monday, I'm itching to start running ads.

I have uploaded quite a few new products, still working on the intake forms, then gonna work on the website hopefully be done before 8-9 am so I can start running ads and hopefully catch some sleep.

Currently 10 people signed up, I have about 3 people about to drop some $$ on some services tomorrow.

Update:

I have turned off ads a while ago, took time to work on the services and pricing. I stripped down the website to bare essentials, a lander and then leads right to the SPP panel.

I have about 22 people on there right now, the website speed up book was downloaded over 15 times, but nothing really going on.

I have some other shit going on so I might be able to give this my full focus, but I'm going to start running more aggressive ads next week.

Pulled all these services from some of my favorite providers.

I know these look like a lot of services, but I'm going for this and then reduce the unpopular ones later.

I also have 3 deals with close friends now, I talked to them last week about it, I consulted them this week, and I should be collecting some payments soon.

Getting lots of traffic from all my sources but still no meaningful conversions.

I really think you should focus on 1 service. People might get overwhelmed when they land on your site and find all this. Just my opinion.

Making sure everything is labeled correctly, then gonna work on the intake forms.

Nice journey, but I think you should focus on improving your own site first, speed wise and design wise. It's for your own good, to practice and mastering this field as much as possible.

"thinkwithgoogle" Tested on mobile with 4G, and website loaded in 2.9, which considered "Slow".
I have "heavier" websites than yours with bunch of images, that load same speed on mobile, and I barely did any speed optimization on them.

If you fall on a person that will give hard time with statistics of a reputable tool that you cannot improve or fix shown issues, then this person would not be satisfied.
Speed optimization is not so easy, depends if the person is knowledge enough or not.

Saying this from personal experience to help you. I know for sure that if you catch a good client and make him satisfied, he would not only use your speed optimization, but he will get all your other services as well.
