I know clickbank around 5-6 years ago and at that time there were already PE products and they've always been there to my knowledge.
Actually I moved from my own affiliate platform to clickbank because I think it is more trustworthy.

Not yet. I actually moved from my own network to clickbank, thought it was more transparent for people that want to join my product.
