So I have my website submitted on Google and verified. But I don't know if this is necessary but what I do after writing a new post is I submit the URL to Google search console to be indexed.
But now that's making a mess with a long list of different URLs on my property.
I have tried indexing using my domain so whenever I post a new article it automatically gets indexed but what happens each time I try to do this, is the txt file I add to my domain somehow messes with my name server and switches it back to the default name server instead of pointing to the hosting account I use.
So this makes my site go offline.

Is there something I am not doing right or I always have to manually submit the URL of every post Everytime.

It sounds like you're creating a new Search Console property every single time you publish a new blog post — that would be wrong.

Have you tried using the URL Inspection Tool? There's a big search bar in the middle of the screen where you're able to paste a URL to inspect it and then request it to be indexed. It usually indexes my new posts in seconds (seriously).

Here's a little help from Google: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en

Thanks, but when I do some URLs show

URL not in property
Inspect a URL in the currently selected property or switch properties

The property in Search Console needs to be your domain name (not any subdirectories). That's why I think you're getting this error.

When I tried doing that by adding TXT to my domain, the nameservers change automatically and make my site go offline

Where is your domain name hosted? Are you sure you're adding a new TXT record and not changing your nameservers?
