I started my first WordPress website around 3 years ago and most of it was all learned from here or Youtube. You really just need to start making a website and figure out what you want to do with it and put research into doing those specific things. Hands on experience beats any guru course if you ask me, and you really just need to play with it.

It´s not a whole course, but the guys explains everything step by step and if you follow him you will have your first website in 2 hours max.
If you really follow the video you won´t need a course anymore. I can only recommend it

If you want to learn Wordpress just buy a domain, hosting and start playing with it. When you want to know something go to Youtube. Seriously Wordpress is pretty easy and the best way to learn it is by getting in the driver's seat.

SEO is forever changing and you will need to constantly be learning. There is a ton of good info on this site and by using Google to search for more. Again this is something that you will need to experiment with to learn.

SEO you can refer here and Moz. Start with basic and practice it, you gain an idea of how it works. It never ends you need to be updated every time when there is a change. For WordPress, refer youtube videos and only when you practice you learn a lot.
