The short word: SHIFT is an incredible application to manage your SEO business or for personal use.

Pros

• With SHIFT so easy to Manage Customers, Backlinks, and Articles. You can manage your PBN farm, Web 2.0 platform, and other backlinks format.
• Proxies supported.
• Each task has its report and easy to read. So, you can analyze your tasks or financial statement quickly.
• Backup and restore database features.
• Notification regarding all activity.

Cons

• Unable to resize the layout manually. I can't find an option to maximize and minimize the screen. On my big ass screen, the UI layout looks tiny

The developer was also active in the maintenance of the software. So, there a chance of getting these apps being better and better with rich features in the future.

I received a free copy of this product to beta test. For the price this can be reviewed in one word; AWESOME

Support was excellent from the outset.

Easy to set up and install, this is a great product.

If you're juggling using Excel, Trello, Monday, Asana, and looking for a stupidly low priced option, then look no further than Shift.

Ideal even just for tracking data and expenses etc, this is a must have if you are managing your own PBNs.

$70 for a lifetime is insane in all honesty. Even $70 a year is too cheap.

The extra benefit is the 7 day free trial, which is a total no-brainer.

Just wanna stick this little review for Shift

Interface
The interface looks minimalist, it is indeed clean and pleasing to the eyes. I like the point of the i icon that gives an overview of what is that section all about.

What is included to the software
You will get an executable file that when you run, it gives you a little warning which I guess a false warning. Aside from the different features stated in the thread, the software also comes with pdf guide which is available in the help button of the interface.

I am enjoying the fact that the software gives you a report either through excel or pdf format, make sure that the runtime is installed in your machine. Plus factor for this OP.

Usage
Even OP said the software is used to tract SEO task, from links, articles down to the cash flow, I would be humbly say that it is not limited to its actual purpose. I am able to incorporate the software with other business like local Printing Business.


Suggestions
1. There should be details to show to each icon in the task section

2. Make the calendar work even the user did not click the dropdown icon.

Recommendation
For those who are doing SEO services, this software is a must ( Not saying that you throw away the spreadsheet ). Try out shift today! Worth for its price with regards to its features.

I received a review copy to test the product from @kn1ves .
I'm using windows 10 at the moment and the tool didn't face any installation issue on my end. Every setting is working like intended and I didn't find any bugs. For the price, it's definitely a great tool to manage everything without risk.
What could improve
Option to check our backlinks/article etc in one click without going inside the setting every time
Option to fill only what we want and not everything that is already selected mandatory

• Improved contrast for the tables when clicking the 'Find' button on forms (suggested by @3bisu )

Please note: To update your software just open Shift and use it normally, it will automatically download the updates in the background and apply them the next time you start the application! (This is similar to the update mechanism used by Google Chrome)

I received the beta copy and here is my review.

The application is well thought out and has plenty of features (clients, backlinks, recurring income, reports and more) you would like to manage your business and clients. Keeping track of your business with a local database should be your main priority and this provides with you with the tools to manage everything you need. Using cloud services and tools open up for risks with security and privacy.

The UI will take some getting used to, but it's not very complicated. Kn1ves has created a very detailed guide on every section software. Every step is outlined, so you'll get acquainted once you get through setting up your first client.

Another thing is that he is very responsive to suggestions and bug fixes, the problems I had at the beginning was sorted quickly and the app updates automatically in the background. so you're on latest version without much effort. (Although I think automatic updates should be optional as some bugs might mess things up sometimes)

Overall, this is a great client management software customized to SEO marketers. You can manage your clients, create reports and track the income all in one place. I do recommend you check it out.

I got a review copy of shift!

I think it's an awesome tool if you do SEO for clients, especially if you handle everything on a regular basis.
Because then you can write down all the tasks you need to do for each client, enter all the backlinks and articles you got for them this month and more. At the end of the month just send them an automatically generated report! I can see this saving you a lot of time once you know the way around this tool.
Like kn1ves says, if you're currently using spreadsheets for this purpose, Shift is definitely the better alternative.

I was also looking for a specific feature, so I asked kn1ves about it and he was very helpful and guided me so I could find it easily, I was just too blind to see it Definitely a trustworthy, professional and kind seller from what I can tell.

And seriously, Shift has a free trial, you literally can't go wrong with that You should definitely give this a try for your SEO work.
