Another vote for BTC, just find or create a funnel that will convert the purchase to crypto on your end. If your business is freelance, for example, your exchanges with clients will be manual anyway, so taking payment by money order, gift cards or even Western Union is possible.
Yes, if it isn't convenient enough for them, they'll prefer Paypal or a debit card type transaction---that doesn't mean they think it's fraud, just something more comlicated than what they prefer. I said it could be received as crypto on your end, like them paying by gift card or similar non-refundable means, then that value getting converted after it gets to you.
