I have 50 Google AdWords Coupons and each one is worth 150$.
In order to be used, the advertising account billing should be from United States or Canada. Also, you must have spent a previous 150$ in order to get the free ad credit from the coupon.

With that being said, I have nothing to do with these coupons as I am from Syria.
What can I do with them? Can I sell them?

I think you can use the coupons as long as the currency of your AdWords account is USD
