I found myself answering a bunch of people's questions quite thoroughly in this section of the forum to only realize that not everyone is probably gonna read my answers. So why not start an AMA?

I hope to inspire/ motivate people to take action on YouTube

Here are a few questions I've answered already:

Q: If I bought subs+ views and reached monetization criteria, will my channel get monetized?
A: A lot more details are factored when it comes to monetizing your channel. I ll layout my process of how someone i know monetizes their channel and has actually done it for me too.
1) aged YT account
2) i branded the account, actually created a profile pic/ banner/ created twitter page as well to link it with.
3) posted 3 videos; 2 10 min long ones, and 1 2 hour long one- similar niche, commentary/ screen record type videos.
4) Buying subs is easy, im not gonna recommend an SMM panel though but justbuy 1k.
5) as for teh watch hours, my friend has his guy bot the watch time on his 2 hour long video.
6) apply for monetization; receive acceptance after 2-3 weeks.

Now this is the general criteria I follow after I receive approval:
1) Keep videos public until more than 10 new videos are posted.
2. dont change primary owner for another 6 months
3. NEVER turn on monetization for the watch hours video
4. Dont change passwords for a couple of months
5. dont change emails for a couple of months
6. It’s OKAY to monetize new videos on the channel that you post.

Q: If my YouTube account was connected to a banned adsense acccount, is it still okay for me to connect another adsense account to it?
A: From what I've learned from google reps through chat is this:
Channel A is connected to Adsense A.
Adsense A gets banned, but Channel A is still monetizable.
You are still allowed to connect Channel A to Adsense B.

If the reasons why Adsense A got banned though is BECAUSE of YouTube activity, then youre gonna need to fix your youtube to abide by YouTube policies. If you don't, then you would then be putting Adsense B at harm.
If the reasons why Adsense A got banned is NOT because of YouTube activity, then connecting Channel A to Adsense B should be perfectly fine.

You'll know if Adsense A got banned because of Channel A if you receive a notification or copyright strike or etc. that it was related to youtube activity.

Average CTR is 13%. Watch time is 4:11.

1. To go viral I aim above 15% and 50% watch time but of course this isnt always guaranteed.

2) I think tags can fit into both the reasons you listed: for SEO and for what people might like related to your video.

3) No MCNs. MCNs got hit by a restriction this past january.

4) 0% paid 100% FREE organic traffic, likes, comments views and subs. EXCEPT during the initial stages when I try and get the channel monetized.

5) So for my scripts, im not sure i understand your question in this one. My scripts usually range from 1k words to 2k words depending on the niche. Video is always greater than 10 mins long tho.

6) As long as the amount of dislikes isn't greater than 50% than you should be fine. Engagement is engagement. if it does exceed 50% than I would consider buying likes at this point but only if the channel is viral.

7) I've had success with monetizing a channel with unique audio and using other people's clips. This falls under fair use act where i technically fall under adding educational and meaningful value to copyrighted clips.

8) I stay away from anything along these lines. I just go for themes that are evergreen and popular!

You should still be able to get monetized. SPAM commenting isn't necessarily something to get in trouble for unless you really are SPAM commenting meaningless comments but i assume you wouldnt be.

So I actually dont follow any parameters when it comes to research- at least not to an extent. I go for HIGHLY competitive videos i.e. What Dwayne Johnson spends his billions on. Tons of videos on that, i would make one and the goal is to try and appear int he suggested of popular videos. This is how a video sometimes goes viral.

I've seen parameters such as less than 100k videos in search pool, greater than 1000 monthly searches, etc.--- i think that's all BS. I mean could it work? Yes. But does it work for the model of running viral videos? Probably not.

Even if I were to start my own vlog channel, I would make videos on videos that have already been proven to work. That's pretty key when it comes to researching videos.
- High number of views in the past= chance of having high number of views again
- Evergreen
- Recency post is within the past 6 month

If I see a video posted 1 month ago hit 6 million views titled How to Grow on Instagram. oBviously there's a million other videos on how to grow on instagram. But will i make a video on how to grow on instagram? I sure will. The idea is to model the recent viral video though- similar title, similar tags, similar description, and make it better of course.

I do use Tubebuddy and VidIQ though because they are very useful tools when it comes to how I do research. I DONT use their SEO ranking systems or their competitive radar. And I actually am partnered with both of them. If you want 20%-30% discounts from them, just message me!

How do I get a keyword or title higher than my competition.

This isn't exactly a one answer to your question type ordeal. A lot of factors can take play:
How recent is your video, how long is your video, CTR, watch time- but then those factors depend on the SEO, content of your video, thumbnail, title, etc.

Keep in mind though that appearing higher than your competition doesn't always mean more views. It may definitely mean more impressions but i think making sure you have an engaging title and thumbnail is much more important than worrying about how to appear as #1 search result.

Best free traffic source for youtube would be youtube itself- sorry to say. Im not sure youre gonna find much value to my answer here. All my videos are 100% completely organic with no marketing or paid ads to them whatsever. If you play youtube's game, and come up with quality content with an engaging title and thumbnail PLUS proper SEO- you're gonna get traffic.

Most of the time people are lazy and get sloppy and quit youtube / get demoralized after posting 2 videos that they didnt even put their best effort to.

One more question.

I dont think youd be able to monetize them at least via adsense because it would be violating their policies! You'll never know until you try though.

It should be safe but I would double check with a youtube content creator support member though to make sure there's no shadow ban on your adsense account. They can look in the back end.

This definitely isn't a fact and varies so widely, but based on my OWN personal experience, it's never taken me more than 26 videos for a MONETIZED channel to get consistent views (20k views+ daily)

I'm one of those YouTubers that has put a few years' worth of effort into content creation and am ready to throw in the towel. Started in 2016. I haven't uploaded anything since December 2019. I would recommend finding bigger channels in your niche who are more successful than you and model them.

Get into the community tabs of bigger channels than you who are in similar niches.

1) So you have 2 channels, Channel A and Channel B. Channel A gets banned for X reason. It should still be okay to use CHannel B cause it's not related. If youre using X reasons that got you banned on Channel B that got you banned on CHannel A, then yes I'd be worried.
2) I cant tell you how many people per $1k will click on a link in a description. Way too many factors involved. YouTube is definitely not the worst source of traffic for websites though.
3) Work in what sense? Yeah you can post videos like that but what are you trying to accomplish?

I broaden it and post content in different topics.

I come up with topics through research. I do use tubebuddy and VidIQ. I gain inspiration from other channels.

1) What is your average CPM?
2) Is it worth buying Ad Views from SMM panels?
3) How to find a great niche?
4) Is it worth buying old accounts?

1) Average CPM depends on the niche. $6-$16 usually.
2) Ad views are a waste of money IMO.
3) I dont think i've ever chosen a bad niche. Every niche makes money- but moreso than others. Even the lowest valued niches still make a lot of money if your video goes viral (i.e. a niche with a $3 cpm which is really low gets 1M+ Views= $3,000)
4) If youre gonna buy an old account consider just buying a monetized account already!

The only blackhat methods ive used are getting my channels monetized. I outline how my guy does this above. Other than that, everything is quality and completely whitehat.
