Yes. There is no such thing as “terminated” or “deleted” channels.

youtube keeps everything to feed their detection AI.

just look back and see how many hacked, falsly terminated accounts are getting everything back as never happend.

don't just re-upload those videos, spin those videos!!! in a way that they will look as a fresh unique content for YouTube (use video spin blaster for that task)
use the slow method, i'm sure it will not be detected as a re-use of content

They have stopped selling. Maybe, you should do it manually with some editing software.

Yes, of course, they will get detected soon. I used to do churn and burn, the reason for the suspension was usually for copied content, though they were all my own.

well if i have that kind of software and it work i will not sell it too.
since if they add automation grab modify upload and buy dozen or more monetized YT acc that is a goldmine,
with some proof i will find investor to upscale it ASAP before this got patched.
