You made a big mistake, it would be 100% okay with random text, but you took my custom very unique text and used it two times. This looks very bad. And your customer service treats me like I'm dumb, try and send me this picture (https://prnt.sc/sdj4ul) telling me my profile is not accessible which is clearly wrong when you added the missing reviews in my order 10 minutes after responding with that link. I don't like bullshit, tell me what's going on and be honest.
