Semrush is a great tool to get some insights into keywords; however, their KW difficulty is pretty much useless. Kwfinder is far much better IMO.

You can use 1 parasite or mulitple as long as the on page seo is on point.

to find keywords, just use google search and look at the top 10 results. By actually going to each site, you can see weather you can beat them or not.
