Can't upload documents to PayPal any solution?

So finally i got the documents to verify the PayPal account,
But for some reason i'm unable to upload them


can't press the done button when it's already uploaded
Tried from both Chrome and Firefox (Desktop)
Anyone faced such problem before?

I've experienced the exact same problem. I had to call them up and they send me this separate form via email to upload the documents. It took about a week for the whole thing to clear up.

Easystealth did it on few minutes via team viewer, best support i could find on bhw so far!

Well, needed to compress pictures basically.
Original pictures was less than 5Mb but idk why this problem were occuring...
