1, I never done it so no idea
2. just make them naturally don't push your writers to push your keywords to your article. make them natural and try to use longtail and LSI keywords.
3. I never worked in local seo. i'm sorry.
4. firstly I'm making profiles and some niche-relevant forums and after 1-3 month I'm just making Guest posts and PBNs
5. I'll buy expired domain which have thousands of quality RDs and will make money site on it. and i'll scale it to like 5-6 figures and flip it. that will be my process.
