Well that's a complicated matter, but i am sure that the mods are aware, and do their own calculation whether Festinger with hes "Pros and Cons" is a spammer or a contributing member.
He is still here, he is here for years, and i guess he is here to stay, its not cool to name and shame - this is on a personal level. i don't think you deserve to harm hes reputation good or bad in your eyes.

How do you know he's not generating leads for other friends he might have that sell the requested services / he's not reselling from others?
I consider you a giveaways / beta tester / review copy spammer (that doesn't even read the entire thread before posting I might add) but you don't see me making a thread about it.

You already take advantage of this because I see you are among one of the first people that claim review copies when something is for free. Not that its anything that you are not allowed to do, but you are the least person that should be making a thread like this and then complain.
