No I start brand new stores and offers all the time using Conversion.

Broad targeting has been killing for me lately. Running ad sets with literally no targeting (no interest, no lookalikes, completely default settings) works really well if your offer has a mass appeal. Obviously requires a decent testing budget but works wonders without much work when done right.

How to scale fast. After 2 days having winning campaign, how you scale from there. Some of my campaigns, after i increase budget or duplicate adsets seems something wrong, sales not much as before i did that. I multiple 1.5 for increase budget. Hope you can reply in details. thanks

Yep that's always the struggle with FB ads... the 2 main ways of scaling are duplicating the exact same campaign and running them side by side... or raising the budget on the existing one. Personally I like duplicating and making small changes to the targeting and things like that, as I find it works best.

Basically a burner account that you can use to run greyhat/blackhat ads from, at least until it is banned. You can use a friend/relatives FB account to make them or you can buy them.

You shouldn't need to use his PC or a VPN if you're the only one using the ad account, which you should clear up with your friend before doing it.

I'm using CBOs almost exclusively nowadays, and to scale I prefer to dupe the campaign. Much more flexibility but can make the account look a little messy.

Yep you'll need to run ads under a special category (Housing) but the actual targeting is pretty easy. Targeting basic interests like Zillow, Trulia plus location specific zip codes is enough to get the job done.
