I think bro its message stat and it shows the how many times you received message

I have completed my 15 posts but still it showing no option to start a conversation

Give it some time and check again in few hours. Just remember: don't try to sell anything via PM or your account will be banned in no time.

If you want to contact a seller, you can write a reply on his sales thread.
Regarding the 15 posts limit - the PM feature does not get enabled right away. It may take few hours or maybe even a day.

It can take few hours up to a day for the limitation to be removed from your account.
Just remember, don't try to sell anything via PM as you are not allowed to do so.
