Why i can't use PayPal as a payment method for Facebook Ads.

Hello Guys .. I hope you all have a great day.
I remember few years ago Paypal was available as a payment method for ads . Today i opened my account and tried to find the Paypal option but i did not find it !
Facebook is not dealing with Paypal nowadays or What ?!

Maybe it has already used in any other BM. And sometime it depends on location. Some countries are not allowed to use paypal

Go to your Payment Settings in Ads Manager. In the Payment Method section, click Add Payment Method. Select PayPal and then click Continue. Complete the steps to set up your PayPal account.

Egypt ... 2 or 3 years ago Paypal was available since then i didn't promote anything... now i can not find the option of Paypal i do not know whether it is not available or i can not find it .
But i checked this https://www.facebook.com/business/help/212763688755026 Paypal is available ... they say " PayPal in one of their accepted currencies"

When i click add money i get only 2 options ( credit or debit card / Facebook ad coupon ).

Update : i found the Paypal option available as a payment method on a new Facebook profile i have but i remember that i used my Paypal account on my main Facebook profile ! Is it safe to link the same Paypal to my new account ?

You want to add your payment method to your Facebook Profile? Or you actually mean your Ad Account?
PayPal is available in Egypt, but only for supported currencies not EGP!
