What changes do i have to do for approvals????

No content means you have less no of posts or posts with less words.. keep minimum 15 posts, each having 500 words

You have thin contents or what?
Ensure your contents are 500 + words and above, with related images and videos.
Add Privacy policy, GDPR, terms and condition, Contact us pages and show them in the menu.
