I have a compilation channel that gets around 300.000 views a day and I make some money with affiliate. Now I was thinking if I should try something different like promoting apps CPA or so when the kids are bored. Do you have some ideas?

You can put an ad in the beginning of the video (first 10 seconds), inside the video.
Sponsor a brand, an app like mrbeast does.

There is a lot of ways to monetize with ads without adsense.

Is your channel demonetized? Or you mean you get content id claims for all of the videos?

If so, buy some licenced videos and you can monetize them.

And if it's demonetized, try selling shoutouts for other youtubers or companies, like this guy called your daily dose of internet, I believe he does that.

No compilation channels can be monetised. They wont get approved.

Depends on what videos you doing you can try print on demand. So memes,games,animals related t shirts , hoodies or sometin

Make giveaways (amazon gift cards for example) and content lock them with CPA offers so that the kids would have to complete an offer before entering the giveaway. Use the money earned to buy the thing you're giving away and keep the rest.

Some CPA content lockers or direct offers are automaticly assigned by google or youtube as a malware or spam. You could avoid that with not puting your link right in desc. Or basically making it clicklable but that will lead to less conversions and trust.
